Store Owner Agreement

This agreement applies to every business owner registering a RushTech POS store and sets the responsibilities for account use, documents, payments, and compliance.

Effective Date: 18 March 2026

1 Eligibility and Authority

By registering a store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorised to act for the business being registered.

  • You have authority to bind the business or store owner to this agreement
  • You will use the account only for lawful business activity
  • You will not register a store on behalf of another party without written permission

2 Registration Information

You must provide accurate business and owner details during registration and keep them updated whenever they change.

  • Business name, owner name, phone number, address, and email must be genuine and current
  • You are responsible for all actions taken using your admin credentials
  • You must protect passwords and restrict access to authorised staff only

3 KYC and Verification

RushTech POS may require identity and business verification before activating or continuing service.

  • You agree to submit valid KYC and supporting documents when requested
  • Uploaded documents must belong to the owner or authorised business representative
  • False, altered, or misleading verification documents may lead to rejection or suspension

Important: Store activation may remain pending until verification checks are completed.

4 Store Operations and Compliance

You are solely responsible for how your store uses the platform and for complying with applicable tax, employment, consumer, and business laws.

  • All products, pricing, taxes, invoices, and customer records entered into the platform are your responsibility
  • You must not use the system for fraudulent, prohibited, or unlawful transactions
  • You must ensure that staff access rights are assigned appropriately inside your store account

5 Subscription, Billing, and License Use

Each store registration must use a valid license key or plan entitlement issued by RushTech POS.

  • License keys are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by RushTech POS
  • Subscription and renewal charges, when applicable, must be paid on time
  • Failure to pay or misuse of licensing may result in feature restriction or account suspension

6 Availability and Software Errors

RushTech POS will try its best to keep the website, store dashboard, and software services available and working properly. However, you understand and agree that technical failures, internet issues, hosting issues, maintenance, third-party service issues, or unexpected software errors may cause temporary downtime or incorrect behaviour.

  • The website or store services may be temporarily unavailable due to planned or emergency maintenance, hosting problems, internet disruption, or other technical reasons
  • The software may contain bugs, calculation issues, display issues, compatibility issues, or workflow errors despite reasonable testing
  • When a technical issue or software error comes to our notice, we will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve it as soon as practical based on severity and available information
  • You are responsible for checking important bills, reports, tax values, prices, stock entries, and business data before relying on them for business, tax, legal, or customer decisions

Service acknowledgement: By registering a store, you agree that no website or software can be guaranteed to be always available, always error-free, or suitable for every business situation.

7 Refunds and Maximum Liability

If a paid store owner is not satisfied with RushTech POS after purchase, the store owner may submit a written refund request with a proper explanation of the issue, dissatisfaction, or service concern.

  • Refund requests are reviewed case by case and may require reasonable details from the store owner
  • The maximum refund available is limited to the amount actually paid for the current subscription year
  • RushTech POS is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, business interruption, customer disputes, staff misuse, data entered incorrectly by the store, or third-party service issues
  • Our total maximum liability for any claim related to the store account, subscription, software, or service is limited to the amount actually paid by that store owner for the current subscription year

Maximum liability: By registering a store, you agree that the current-year subscription amount is the maximum amount RushTech POS can be required to refund or pay for any claim, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8 Suspension or Termination

RushTech POS may suspend, reject, or terminate a store registration if this agreement or related policies are violated.

  • Registration details are false, incomplete, or unverifiable
  • KYC documents fail review or appear manipulated
  • The store engages in abuse, fraud, security violations, or unlawful conduct

9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement, store registration, subscriptions, software access, payments, refunds, support, and related service matters are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any dispute, claim, complaint, or legal proceeding relating to RushTech POS or a store account should first be raised with RushTech POS for good-faith resolution
  • Subject to applicable law, unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Surat, Gujarat, India
  • By registering a store, you agree that Surat, Gujarat is the agreed place for resolving such disputes, to the fullest extent permitted by law

10 Relationship with Other Policies

This Store Owner Agreement should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you register a store, you agree to all three documents together.
